Re-run install-once or replace the folder from GitHub.

Run npx skills@latest add iruhdam1/skills again, or download the pack folder from GitHub and replace the local directory. Hermes documents hermes skills check and hermes skills update for hub-installed skills — use those only if you installed that way.

Your local edits can be overwritten.

Copy your changed SKILL.md out of the folder before you replace it. An update is a new tree, not a merge.

Listing lag is not an old version.

skills.sh counts and badges trail GitHub. A missing or stale listing does not mean your disk copy is old. Compare the GitHub folder or the companion download to what you have locally.

Shop companions show the current downloadable files.

The companion on /skills/<pack> is the shop’s current copy or download. Use that when you want one file without cloning the repo.
